Amaluna is the new magical show of Cirque de Soleil. Amaluna takes the audience to a mysterious island, governed by Goddesses and guided by the cycles of the moon. A daughter matures, a ceremony in which femininity, renewal, rebirth and balance to be honored and passed to the next generation.
Amaluna is already the 33rd production of Cirque du Soleil, written and directed by Diane Paulus. This particular show is an interplay between ama, 'mother' and luna 'moon'.
